In most cases your items will ship with within 48 Hours. Generally - domestic orders will arrive within 2-7 Business Days, depending on your location, once shipped. International orders within 1-4 weeks, once shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking numbers via email.
Expedited orders (UPS Overnight, 2nd Day, USPS Express Mail) will ship same business day if received by 9:00 am (PST).
If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you directly to let you know the estimated date of delivery.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Merchandise may be exchanged for other sizes or items as long as they have not been worn, washed or damaged. Good Home Media and/or Social Imprints is not responsible for postage charges incurred by customers exchanging merchandise. Returns will be refunded to the credit card used when placing order, and for the amount of the original purchase price of the item that is returned if it is not exchanged for other merchandise.
To exchange/return items you MUST return the merchandise within 30 days of receiving it.
